Michael Levy - President
Michael's responsibilities include strategic planning, sales management, and key account representation in the Denver area. Growing up in a rep family and graduating with a degree in marketing, combined with over 30 years of rep experience in the Rocky Mountains, he provides excellent leadership for our organization. Michael was a founding member of IPRO (Independent Professional Representatives Organization) and served as the Association's President during 1999-2000.

Jeff Fandal - Account Manager

A 27-year industry veteran with both factory and retail experience, Jeff covers our Colorado mountain areas, Wyoming, Montana, as well as metro Denver and Boulder. Having worked with large chains and independent high-end specialists, he relates well to all our customers with an efficient, professional and "make things happen" approach.

 Jason Felix- Account Manager    
Jason is a Utah native and is the newest member to join the Performance-Plus Marketing (Cutting Edge Distributing) team.  With 13 years of retail and outside sales experience, and exuberance for the ever-changing consumer electronics industry, Jason will operate our branch office in Layton, UT and take care of our customers in Utah, Southeastern Idaho and Southwestern Wyoming.

Rich Marcellus - Account Manager    
With over 30  years of experience in consumer electronics, both as a Manufactures Rep and Distribution Sales Manager for multi-line companies, Rich will be handling dual duties as Sales/Account Manager for Key accounts and Southern Territory accounts.  richm@perfplusmktg.com

 

Jon Gowriluk - Inside Sales / IT
Jon is responsible for getting RA's,  handling general day-to-day business at Performance-Plus. With over 14 years in retail and custom high-end audio/video, Jon loves equipment and knows it inside and out. He's extremely knowledgeable about our ever-changing industry, and Jon is also our resident "computer geek". He is eager to help you get things done. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

Cara Miller - Office Manager
An attention to detail is what makes Cara an asset as our customer service coordinator and office manager. With an education background in marketing and management, and over 14 years experience in retail sales and customer service, Cara is well prepared for the day-to-day running of the office here at PPM. Julie Levy - Bookkeeping
In her tenure with Performance-Plus, Julie has worn the hats of customer service rep and office manager before taking on the important bookkeeping position. In addition to assisting with accounts payable and receivable for the rep company, Julie also handles order entry, invoicing and commissions.

Stephanie Bondarenko

Stephanie comes to us with a very diverse background. She spent 10 years in Veterinary medicine as a nurse and 10 years doing bookkeeping, accounting and auditing, first in the veterinary industry and then for Nestle and Chef America (the company responsible for Hot Pockets). Stephanie has also worked as a math and reading tutor for children and as an Eldercare Advisor working with families in need of anything from Assisted Living to specialized care such as Alzheimer’s or Skilled Nursing.
